Refund & Exchange Policy

Because Drop 001 is a limited-run release, stock is not automatically replenished once sizes sell out — please keep this in mind when requesting an exchange.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached. To start a return or exchange, contact us at admin@forgedapparel.co.za with your order number.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or refund.

Sale Items
Items purchased with a discount code are eligible for the same return/exchange terms unless stated otherwise at checkout.
